Why is the "Send Pre-Qualification" button missing?

The "Send Pre-Qualification" button is part of the "Bid & Contractor Management" module, which requires a specific license. If you cannot see this button on a Company's detail page, it means your user account has not been assigned a license for this feature.

You will need to contact your System Administrator and ask them to:

  1. Go to eConstruction Settings > Subscription.
  2. Find the "Bid & Contractor Management" module and click Manage Licenses.
  3. Find your name in the Available Users tab and click Assign License.

Once the license is assigned, refresh your page, and the "Send Pre-Qualification" button will appear on Company detail pages.
