Why did my subcontractor not receive their invitation?

There are two common reasons a subcontractor may not receive an invitation (for Pre-Qualification or a Bid):

  1. Email Went to Spam: Ask your subcontractor to check their spam or junk folder. The email link is unique and secure, and can sometimes be flagged by email filters.
  2. Incorrect Contact Information: The system needs a valid email address and that contact must be correctly linked to the company you are inviting.
    • Step 1: Navigate to the Contacts module. Find the contact you are trying to reach and double-check that their email address is spelled correctly. Refer to the How to View and Edit Contact Details article.
    • Step 2: Navigate to the Companies module and open the company record. In the "Contacts" section of the company's form, ensure the correct contact is listed and saved. The system emails the contacts linked to that company. Refer to the How to View and Edit Company Details article.
