Why can't a subcontractor see a bid I invited them to?

A subcontractor can only be invited to bid, and see that bid in their portal, if their pre-qualification status is "Approved".

If you are trying to add a bidder and they are not on the list, or they received an invitation but cannot see the bid, you must check their status:

1. Navigate to the Pre-Quals module.
2. Find the subcontractor in the list and check their Status.
3. If the status is "Submitted," "Pending," or "Cancelled," you must first open their submission and click the Approve button.

Once they are approved, you can return to your bid, go to the Bidders tab, and add them from the "Select Prequalified Company" list.
