How to View and Respond to a Bid Invitation

  1. When you are invited to a bid, you will receive an email. Click the "View Bid Package & Submit Proposal" button to open the Bids Portal .
  2. In the portal, navigate to the Bids module.
  3. You will see the new bid listed. Click its Reference Number or the Edit (pencil) icon to open it .
