How to Track Time on Jobs or Tasks

Workers and managers can track actual time spent on jobs or Tasks using a real-time timer or manual entry.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Jobs module and open a Job or Task Detail page.
  2. Click the Time Tracking tab.
  3. Option 1 (Timer): Click Start Timer. The timer will run even if you navigate away. Click Stop Timer when finished.
  4. Option 2 (Manual): Click Add Manual Entry. Select the Date, Start/End Time, and Type (e.g., Regular, Travel). 
  5. Click Submit Time Entry to save.
