How to Track Bidder Status (Intent, Last Activity, etc.)

Once invitations are sent, you can track all bidder activity from the Bidders tab.

• Status: Shows if the bid is "Invited," "Submitted," etc.
• Intent to Bid: Updates in real-time based on the subcontractor's selection in the portal (e.g., "Yes," "No," "Pending").
• Bid Amount: Shows the total amount of their submitted bid.
• Invited Date: Shows when the invitation was sent.
• Last Activity: A timestamp of the subcontractor's last action (e.g., viewing the bid).
