How to Submit and Manage Support Tickets
You can submit support requests directly to the eligeo team and track their status from within the GeoExtend / eConstruction platform.
Steps:
- Navigate to Settings > General > Tickets.

- To create a new request, click the Create button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the Title, Priority, and Description of your issue.
- (Optional) Upload any relevant screenshots or files under Attachments.

- Click Save.
- To view updates, click on an existing ticket in the list. You can see the status, add new notes, or view the email conversation history associated with the ticket.
