How to Submit and Manage Support Tickets

You can submit support requests directly to the eligeo team and track their status from within the GeoExtend / eConstruction platform.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > General > Tickets

  1. To create a new request, click the Create button in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill in the Title, Priority, and Description of your issue.
  3. (Optional) Upload any relevant screenshots or files under Attachments

  1. Click Save.
  2. To view updates, click on an existing ticket in the list. You can see the status, add new notes, or view the email conversation history associated with the ticket.
