How to Set Up 'Taxes'

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. In the "General" section, click the Taxes icon.
  3. The "Product Taxes" list will open. Click Create.
  4. The "New Product Tax" form will appear.
  5. Enter the Name (e.g., "Alberta"), Short Code (e.g., "AB"), and Description.
  6. Under Individual Taxes, click the + icon to add a tax component.
  7. Enter the Tax Name (e.g., "Goods and Services Tax (GST)"), Tax Code, and Tax Percentage (e.g., "5").
  8. Click Save.
