How to Set a "Current" Proposal Version

Only one version of a proposal can be "Current," which is the active version sent to the client.

1. Open the proposal.
2. Use the Version buttons (e.g., "V1," "V2") to select the version you want to make current .
3. Locate the "Is Current" toggle switch (this appears as a toggle next to the "PROPOSAL NUMBER" field in the monday.com view).
4. Click the toggle to the "on" (blue) position.
5. Click the Update button to save. This version is now the "Current" one.
