How to Send or Schedule a Job for a Worker
NOnce your job details and checklist are complete, you must send the job to the worker.
- On the Job Detail page (e.g., "JOB-2025-D1E930"), click the Send Job button at the bottom right.

- A "Send job to..." window will appear.
- You can Select Form to Send (if you have multiple job forms configured by your admin).
- Use the Quick Send Options to send the job immediately or at a set time:
- Send Now
- Tomorrow 9:00 AM
- Upcoming Monday 9:00 AM
- Alternatively, click Pick Date & Time to choose a custom date and time for the notification to be sent.

- Once you make a selection, the job is queued and sent to the worker at the specified time.
Note: If you have Field Service subscription and Twilio integration, system will use your configured Twilio number to send out Jobs to Worker if they prefer using phone.
When you don't use your own Twilio account, messages can be sent to recipients number from the USA or Canada only.
