How to Send a New SMS Message (New Chat)

 

Note: The Twilio integration must be configured by an Admin to use this feature.

  1. Navigate to the Messages module from the left menu.
  2. Click the New Chat button.
  3. The "Start New Chat" window will appear.
  4. Enter the 10-digit Phone Number of the recipient.
  5. Type your message in the Message box .
  6. Click Send.
