When mapping fields that use a dropdown or status (like "Account Type"), you might need to map the options within that field.
- In the mapping interface, you may see an error: "Please map at least one option for dropdown fields using the gear icon".
- Locate the field row that needs mapping (e.g., "Account Type").
- Click the gear icon on the right side of that row.
- A pop-up window, "Map options for...", will appear.
- This window shows your Options for eConstruction on the left and your Options for monday.com on the right .
- For each eConstruction option (e.g., "Client"), click the dropdown on the right and select the matching monday.com option (e.g., "Client") .
- Map all options you wish to sync.
- Click Done when finished.
- Repeat this process for all other dropdown or status fields.
