How to Manage User Capacity and Time Off

Admins can set daily work capacity and schedule time off for users, which updates the Team Schedule view to prevent over-allocation. First, you need to ensure that you are in Task Mode.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Config.
  2. Toggle the Task Mode On.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
  2. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon for a specific user.
  3. Click the Capacity & Time Off tab. 
  4. Under Default Capacity, set the standard Hours per Day (e.g., 8.00).
  5. To schedule leave, click Add Time Off.
  6. Select the Type (e.g., PTO, Holiday), Start/End Dates, and Hours Off (for partial days). 
  7. Click Save.
