How to Connect Multiple QuickBooks Accounts

You can integrate more than one QuickBooks Online entity, allowing you to sync data across multiple business units.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks.
  2. If you already have one account connected, click the + Add Account button in the top-right corner. 
  3. Log in to QuickBooks and authorize the connection for the second entity.
  4. Once connected, use the account dropdown menu on the integration page to switch between accounts when configuring settings or copying products.
