How to Connect Multiple QuickBooks Accounts
You can integrate more than one QuickBooks Online entity, allowing you to sync data across multiple business units.
Steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks.
- If you already have one account connected, click the + Add Account button in the top-right corner.

- Log in to QuickBooks and authorize the connection for the second entity.
- Once connected, use the account dropdown menu on the integration page to switch between accounts when configuring settings or copying products.
