How to Access the Bids Portal (from Pre-Qual or Bid Email)

You will receive access via email.

1. Your General Contractor (GC) will send you either a "Pre-qualification Invitation" or a "Bid Invitation" via email .
2. Open the email and read the details.
3. Click the button in the email ("View Bid Package & Submit Proposal").
4. This link will open the secure eConstruction Bids Portal in your web browser.
