Once the integration is active, GeoExtend automatically pulls key data from QuickBooks to keep your records updated:
- Contacts & Companies: Customers from QuickBooks are added to GeoExtend as Companies and Contacts.

- Invoices: Invoices are pushed from eConstruction to QuickBooks when you click "Invoice QB" on a proposal. You can now log in to QuickBooks to view the invoice, edit details, or receive payment .
