You should use the **Proposal Versioning** feature. This allows you to create a new version of the proposal to make changes, while keeping a record of the original (V1) that you sent . 1. Open the proposal you need to change. 2. In the top-right corner, click the **+** icon next to the "Version" button. 3. A new version (e.g., "V2") will be created. (Refer to the [How to Manage Proposal Versions (V1, V2, etc.)](https://help.eligeo.com/how-to-manage-proposal-versions-v1-v2-etc?hsLang=en) article) 4. Make all your changes (e.g., adjust line items or pricing) to this new version. 5. When V2 is ready, make sure its **"Is Current"** toggle is active. (Refer to the [How to Set a "Current" Proposal Version](https://help.eligeo.com/how-to-set-a-current-proposal-version?hsLang=en) article) 6. Click **Update** to save.
