To help our Product Team understand your idea and its importance, here's a simple checklist for providing feedback:
1. What's the Context?
Tell us what you were trying to accomplish.

2. What's the Feedback (The "Pain Point" or "Idea")?
What is the specific idea or the part that feels "clunky"?

Here’s a real-world example of how to put it all together.
Vague Feedback (Not Actionable):
"I hate the 'Jobs' module. It's confusing and slow." (This tells us you're frustrated, but we don't know where to start or why.)
Great Feedback (Actionable!):
"I'm a Project Manager using the 'Jobs' module on my tablet. I get frustrated because I can't see the 'Job Status' and the 'Worker's Name' on the same list view. My 'Why': I have to click into each job to see who is on-site, which wastes time. If you could add 'Worker' as a column on the main 'Jobs' list, it would save me an hour a day."
(This is perfect! We know the User Role, the Module, the Device, the specific Pain Point, and the Business Value.)
