Do subcontractors need to re-enter bid items for every bid?

No. For large bids with many line items, subcontractors can use the "Import Bid Items" feature in the Bids Portal.

This feature allows them to:

1. Click the Import Bid Items button on the bid page.
2. Click Download Template to get a pre-filled spreadsheet of all bid items.
3. Fill out their pricing and "Will Bid" status in the spreadsheet.
4. Upload the completed file to automatically populate all their bid prices in the portal.

This saves them from manually entering each line item.
